Super-boutique club Crystal, situated on Wells Street in Fitzrovia, London, opened late in 2006 to critical acclaim. In the few weeks following the launch, Crystal attracted the global glitterati and social elite including; P Diddy, The Killers, Steve Tyler, Sugarbabes, Nelly Furtado and Bjork! With over £2m spent on the interior and regularly netting the world’s top DJs, Crystal offers a truly exciting visual and aural experience!
Part of Crystal’s attraction is the exclusive interior which boasts a ‘wave’ style ceiling hosting over twelve thousand crystal lights, a first for London’s club scene. The crystal ceiling, created by award winning designer Gregory Gatserelia, requires two specialist lighting technicians to put on the unique effects enjoyed by Crystal’s members. Other exclusive interior features include a stylish ‘lighting moat’ constructed from an oval of frosted glass, which surrounds the VIP area and DJ section.
To dance in Crystal is an experience in itself with no specific dance-floor area, Crystal creates an intimate setting which is perfect for socialising and meeting the who’s who of London’s party-goers.
